About Kids’ Set Of 3 Water Based Nail Polishes

How to use:

1. Apply a base coat to clean, bare nails, and let dry completely. (It’s important that the nails be oil-free and the skin around the nails be smooth.)

2. Apply color to desired nails. Let dry completely.

3. Apply top coat to all nails and repeat with a second coat if needed. Let dry completely before use.
